Career path
iEnergizer has a clear, defined career path for every employee. The growth can be vertical or lateral. From an entry-level operations position, one can move to Sr. Agent to Team Leader to Assistant Manager, so on and so forth. Alternatively, they may move laterally to Training, Quality, Report Analysis, Human Resource etc.

Methodology
At the time of joining, a new recruit's inclination and past experience goes on record through the various forms he/she fills up at various stages. When an employee completes three months on the "Floor", he/she is enrolled for the "Mentor Program" wherein he/she is given tasks like call audits, feedback, training etc, in addition to his/ her call responsibilities. The same is usually under supervision of an authorized, designated person from the respective field. This helps in checking skill-sets and inclinations. We have a Performance Management System christened as PPRDS "Performance Planning, Review and Development System". PPRDS is conducted twice a year, covering employees for formal review once a year, followed by informal reviews throughout the year at various levels.
