The main focus area for iEnergizer is to provide the world class Information Technology Infrastructure to our clients. iEnergizer has world-class Technology Infrastructure with equipments from all the leading Networking brands. The Infrastructure of iEnergizer is one of the many reasons why we are able to sustain the trust of our clients for so long.

The following section explains the iEnergizer Technology & Infrastructure setup –

Voice Network

The diagram below shows the voice network of iEnergizer.

Following are the main building blocks of iEnergizer Voice Services -

  • Avaya Definity S8700 with CMS
  • Nortel Passport 7480
  • Divine ( Melita 5.10 ) Dialer
  • Avaya Digital & VoIP phones

All the equipments are 100% redundant. The above infrastructure allows us to support various technology solutions including Skill Based Routing, CTI, Online Performance Management, ISDN PRI T1s, NFAS, Remote Monitoring, Web Collaboration, QSIG Support, Transfer Connect, Enterprise Routing, Answer Supervision, Best Available Routing and VOIP.
Quality Management
iEnergizer uses Nice Universe Quality Management System for ensuring Enterprise Wide Quality.  We have given access to clients over the VPN for remote monitoring & Qulality analysis.

Data Network
The diagram below shows the data network of iEnergizer.

We are using Reliance, Bharti, VSNL & Telstra as our ISP. We are running BGP on our main router Cisco 3745 to provide 100% redundancy for internet bandwidth. Our circuits include both Trans-Atlantic and Trans-Pacific routes, with End-to-End fiber for redundancy.

Our networks are in a self-healing redundant ring configuration, at the Physical, Network and Application layers on the WAN.
Local Area Network

iEnergizer use Nortel Baystack L2 switches stack as the edge switches & the Nortel 1612G as the core switch. Different processes are segregated using IP subnet based VLANs.  We are running VRRP protocol to provide 100% redundancy for connecting various processes to the main server room.

We have implemented Active Directory Services using Windows 2000, along with Single-Sign-On and Group Policy management. All desktop profiles are strictly controlled and centrally managed.
Centrailised Patch management is done by WSUS server. We have implemented Trend Micro Neat Suite 2 solution for Anti Virus on desktop & servers, e-mail content filtering & URL filtering.
Our Information Technology team
The iEnergizer Technology Team include a good balance of young & experienced Managers, Systems Administrators. Shifts-in-charge manage Monitoring, Help Desk and Incident Management 24x7 on site.

Most managers have at least 7 years of relevant experience in their domains. System Administration responsibilities are very clearly defined for the L2 and L3 engineers.

Processes

iEnergizer Technology team lays significant emphasis on systematic management of infrastructure for higher performance. Various processes have been implemented successfully. Some of the critical ones include:

Our firm belief is that strong process management is the most critical aspect of IS / IT Management.
Project Management

iEnergizer Technology group has a detailed and a systematic Project Management process. While on-boarding new clients and/or rolling our new technology solutions we manage the entire life cycle, including Requirements Analysis, Design, Implementation and Testing, efficiently. Majority of our implementations have been completed On-Time, On-Budget and On-Scope.
Risk Management and Audit


We have an independent and continuous Risk Management process. The Risk Management group ensures Information Security, Business Continuity and Compliance for all our Programs. We conduct monthly internal audits and yearly external audits to identify gaps and close them.
