The program is specifically designed to assess not only domain knowledge but also general aptitude and basic analytical skills.

To ensure quality all associates undergo an orientation session with HR and a rigorous training regime.  Employee orientation includes an introduction to industry and work culture followed by familiarization sessions on American Culture, customer business environment through various media or via regulated internet access; all to better understand various aspects of the customer's organization and be a more informed company representative.

Employee training covers a variety of skillsets (depending on requirements) which directly influence employee performance. Some of them are computer skills, voice and accent, language, listening & comprehension (audio aids/movies), tele-etiquette, call management & problem resolution, industry and process-specific issues, besides customer service. Additionally, the associate is typically mentored and also provided with a collection of relevant case examples to familiarize them with live environment prior to service. Finally, a post training assessment helps decide readiness of the new employee and better judge his capability vs. requirements.
