SEED organized a workshop for all Quality Coordinators, Leads and above to share the benefits of quality and overall process improvement. The objectives of this workshop are to observe the benefits of SPC, capability, DOE, and diagnostics and identify their roles while improving a real process. Participants discussed the impact of poor quality and its impact on Operations, Support and other related services. One of the most important discussions to come up was about Diagnostic activities. Diagnostic activities performed via EXCEL as well as the other available tools worldwide, was on of the most important takeaways of the workshop. The workshop is a must for those who want to see how process improvement techniques are implemented on a real process, from start to finish.
