On 17th March my parents along with me were called for a “meet and greet” function organized at our company premises. This was to felicitate the parents of the top performers of the company.
My father was extremely pleased at my success and deeply appreciated the management’s gesture in this regard. I feel that this was a great and very innovative step taken by the management. This boosts the morale of the workers and inspires them to work harder and perform.

Being a top performer for my process I was invited for the meet and greet function. It is really a grand experience to be invited for such a prestigious award function. My parents also accompanied me to the function.
Our Chief Operating Officer Mr. Adarsh Agarwal met us and paid his thanks and praised our joint efforts in the growth of the company. It is always a pleasure to know that the management does recognize your efforts and rewards you. I am thankful to my supervisors and management for this unforgettable experience.
