“Necessity is the Mother of Invention”….
True to the core and crust!!!It was a necessity for us to create our own Event Management Team… ~OCTAVE~. For ~OCTAVE~ it was necessary to necessitate the necessaries of all iEnites. J… By necessaries, we mean events, entertainment and extravaganzas!
The date was 16th December, 2006…. The moment was to rejoice the yearlong war of Quality versus Operations, Human Resources versus Recruitment and Administration versus World-Class Facilities to open the bosom of High-End results in every sphere of achievements! It was our 6th Anniversary Celebration….. A MORE than LIFE SIZE event!!! Holding at the warm lap of her lash greenery, iEnergizer conciliated around 2500 iEnites and approximately 1000 distinguished guests and parents of our human assets.
This all started with a courtly inaugural speech by our very own CHIEF, “Adarsh-ji”. He reverberated the fact that the evening was not a mere evening to celebrate; but that was an evening to rejoice our stupendous might that we attained through our impregnable expertise in the field of Customer Service!
Long has been the road with many wills and woes for Team iEnergizer that today we reached the zenith of successful ventures with almost 20 odd Corporate Giants, who made the world to recognize their presence amongst fortune 100 companies! Starting the journey with mere 22 headcounts, it was not a leisurely drive to reach this level of achievement and it was near impossible to take an organization to such a height & make Human Asset strength of almost 2800!

Mr. Adarsh Agarwal, who is the Chief Operating Officer and India Unit Head also made a remarkable presence of speech by saying “Today if we mark our presence in a lash greenery of 1.2 Million Square Feet, then it is YOU [read iEnites] who blossom with your intellect presence and make this industry feel that we are 2nd to none”.
We had stupendous festivity with our in-house talents performing their feet. Working on the line of Indian Idol, we organized “iE Idol” too. Never-the-less we had Theme shows, where all our processes cat-walked the ramp on various themes of their choice. To show our might in artistry and talent show-case, we sang and danced our best feet through DJ Night and made it anchored by Nitin Chawla, who has already proved his genre in “Great Indian Laughter Challenge”.
It was a very gracefully designed plethora of shows and toothsome food which made the evening delightful and charming for our clients, parents of employees and all our beloved iEnites!
